overnight oats (grab & go)

Single portion

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk or non-dairy alternative
  • ¼ cup fruit (fresh or frozen)
  • Optional: spoonful of yogurt, seeds, or nut butter

Instructions:

  • Mix everything in a jar or container the night before.
  • Refrigerate overnight and eat cold the next day.
