Conveniently connect with in-network providers
All Medicaid members have access to telehealth services. That means you can get certain care services virtually by connecting with a provider through a phone, tablet, or computer. Telehealth makes it easy for you to get the care you need when you need it.
Telehealth is used for non-emergency care. This includes:
- General and primary care
- Mental health care
- Chronic disease management
Your provider may offer telehealth appointments. These visits can replace some of the care that you usually receive in person – and you can continue to see the providers who know you best. Contact your provider or GuidedCare Care Coordinator to learn more. You can also use our find a provider tool to search for a telehealth provider.
24/7 care for all members
- TELADOC: Access an in-network doctor to get advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription.
