This dessert celebrates every color of the rainbow. It’s as fun to make as it is to eat!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2–3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Rainbow toppings (mix and match):
- Red: strawberries or raspberries
- Orange: mandarin orange segments or mango
- Yellow: pineapple or banana slices
- Green: kiwi or green grapes
- Blue: blueberries
- Purple: blackberries or purple grapes
- Optional extras:
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
- Chopped nuts or granola
- Mini chocolate chips or sprinkles

How to make:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stir yogurt and sweetener together, then spread evenly (about ¼–½ inch thick).
- Arrange fruit on top in rainbow order—or however feels joyful and fun!
- Add optional toppings if desired.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Break into pieces and enjoy straight from the freezer.
