Date: 06/27/25

To make it easier to work with us, Meridian and our family of plans are continuing the transition to Availity Essentials™ as our exclusive secure provider portal. • From the home page, navigate to the “Patient Registration” tab and select “Authorizations & Referrals.”
    • Select “Authorization/Referral Dashboard”
    • Locate and select the pending outpatient authorization
    • Click “Update” or “Add Attachments,” apply edits, and submit the updated authorization request
