Upcoming Availity Essentials Live Training for Meridian Providers

Beginning November 18, you can validate eligibility and benefits, submit claims, check claim status, submit authorizations, and access Meridian payer resources via Availity Essentials. To help providers prepare, Availity experts will host live webinar sessions and discuss the tools and functionality of the platform.

Please note, only providers who are registered on Availity Essentials will be able to access the live trainings. The deep link will first prompt the provider to log into Essentials, then will automatically redirect to the Availity Learning Center (ALC).

Enrolling for a provider webinar in the Availity Learning Center (ALC)

  1. Log in to Availity Essentials.
  2. Select Help & Training > Get Trained.
  3. ALC opens in a new browser tab. If it does not, have the user check their browser settings to allow for pop-ups and redirects from apps.availity.com and availitylearning.learnupon.com.
  4. Select the Sessions tab.
  5. Select the View Course button next to the webinar.
  6. Select the Enroll button.
