Provider Education & Training: Updated Website Content

We’ve updated our website with easier to access education resources, including annual training materials refreshed for 2026.

Required Annual Training Requirements

  • All contracted Meridian providers must complete the following yearly training requirements:
    • Fraud, Waste, and Abuse
    • Cultural Competency
    • Critical Incidents
  • Training requirements can be fulfilled with another health plan or through your organization. However, you must complete the Mandatory Training Attestation Form (PDF) and return it to Meridian.

      Note: One attestation form can be submitted for multiple providers and staff at a single organization. Please see instructions on the form.

  • HCBS Waiver Providers: Home care agencies are responsible for ensuring their staff receive additional training as required by the Department on Aging. The Mandatory Training Attestation Form (PDF) should be used to affirm HCBS training completion.
