NATIONAL IMAGING ASSOCIATES, INC. PHYSICAL MEDICINE PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL WEBINARS
Date: 06/16/23
To promote quality improvement for services offered to Meridian Medicaid Plan (Meridian), Meridian Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP), and YouthCare HealthChoice Illinois (YouthCare) members, effective August 1, 2023, all plans will expand their existing partnerships with National Imaging Associates, Inc. (NIA).
NIA will provide the management and prior authorization of non-emergent outpatient physical medicine procedures. This decision is consistent with industrywide efforts to ensure clinically appropriate quality of care, and to manage the increasing utilization of these services.
Meridian and NIA encourage providers to attend one of the upcoming webinars to learn about the NIA physical medicine program. We are offering four one-hour sessions, listed below. You will only need to attend one session.
Please RSVP at least one week in advance by registering for a session. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email from NIA. We recommend computer access to view educational documents during the webinar.
