HCBS@Centene.com and MMP_MLTSSWaiverAuth@centene.com.

Please route all general questions and inquiries for Meridian Medicare-Medicaid Plan, Manged Long Term Supports & Services, and HCI LTSS/HCBS Waiver enrollees to LTSS@mhplan.com.

Specific questions or concerns related to HCBS Waiver Authorizations can be routed to LTSSUM@mhplan.com.
