YMCA Healthy Kids Day

Healthy Kids Day is an annual event to encourage children and families to live healthier lifestyles. The event will include numerous activites to promote physical fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being. Meridian will be on-site to provide health plan literature, health literacy information.
