The Summit of Hope is a community expo, bringing together local service providers to create a "one-stop" environment for invited parolees and probationers to obtain necessary assistance to move past barriers. Meridian will be on-site as participating vendors, offering health information, assistance with redetermination referrals, and promotional materials to help individuals stay informed and connected to the care they need.
