Kane County Home Visiting Collaborative Training

The Kane County Health Department is hosting their annual Kane County Home Visiting Collaborative training. The annual training is attended by KCHD's 12 evidenced based home visiting programs supervisors, home visitors and doulas. Meridian will attend to provide a 15 min presentation on the programs that Meridian provides to members who are pregnant and/or with young children. Meridian will also participate as vendor with health information.
