Immediate action required for D-SNP providers: Add Wellcare Meridian Dual Align (HMO-DSNP) to your TIN in Payspan by December 31 to ensure electronic payments and automatic claims reconciliation

All providers enrolled in the Wellcare By Meridian D-SNP must add the Duals line of business to their Tax ID Number (TIN) in Payspan/Zelis to receive electronic claims payments.

Be on the lookout for a notification from Zelis on December 12 about registering Wellcare By Meridian D-SNP as a new product line.

Act by December 31, 2025, to ensure proper configuration for Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs). We advise providers to complete this process quickly.

Beginning January 1, 2026, D-SNP claims will be processed and paid via paper check/remittance unless EFT/ERA is set up in Payspan/Zelis.
