Hearing Services for Wellcare Meridian Dual Align (HMO D-SNP) Members

Wellcare Meridian Dual Align (HMO D-SNP) has hearing services as a supplemental benefit for members. These services are covered as a Medicare supplemental benefit for Wellcare By Meridian D-SNP members and are provided through our partner TruHearing.
Only hearing providers enrolled in the TruHearing network may bill and receive reimbursement for members’ in-network benefits for the hearing services listed below. Network participation provides access to member information and benefits.
For members who receive out-of-network services, benefits and covered service may be different than the in-network services listed below. TruHearing will reimburse a member directly or will reimburse providers based on a member’s out of network benefits.

There may be other hearing services that may not be covered as part of the Medicare benefit though TruHearing but are covered under Health Choice Illinois as part of the Medicaid benefit. Providers may bill those services directly to Wellcare Meridian Dual Align (HMO D-SNP).
